1. Is Remote Online Notary Legal?
Remote online notarization (RON) is legally authorized in Florida and accepted in many states. Acceptance depends on the organization or authority receiving the document. Clients should confirm acceptance prior to scheduling.
2. What documents can be notarized online?
Common documents include powers of attorney, affidavits, sworn statements, consent forms, estate documents, and business agreements. If you are unsure whether your document qualifies, please contact me before booking.
3. What identification is required?
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required. Online notarization also includes identity verification through secure credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication.
4. How long does the notarization process take?
Most online notarizations are completed within 10–20 minutes once identity verification is complete. Mobile notarizations may vary depending on document complexity.
5. Do you offer same-day or evening appointments?
Yes. Same-day, evening, and weekend appointments are available based on availability. Advance scheduling is recommended.
6. What device or software is required?
All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a working camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. No software downloads are required.
7. Booking, rescheduling & cancellation policy
Bookings may be requested by submitting a quote form or booking directly through the scheduling link. All appointment requests are reviewed and confirmed via email. Please refer to the policy and deposit details below.

Once your appointment time is confirmed, a deposit payment link will be sent to secure the reserved time. For Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments, a secure session link will be provided up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
8. Where do you provide mobile notary services?
While RON service can be provided anywhere, mobile notary services are only available in the Miami-Dade and Broward County area. Travel fees will vary depending on distance and urgency.
9. How do I know if remote online notarization (RON) is accepted for my document?
Acceptance of RON depends on the organization receiving the document (such as a court, bank, attorney, school, or government agency). Clients should confirm acceptance prior to scheduling. Documents used internationally may require an apostille.
